註冊營養師陳秋惠指,上述的燒烤包所含的卡路里,相等於4.5碗白飯(1碗約230卡路里)。她又提到,一般女士每日所需卡路里約1600至1800,至於男士,則為1800至2000卡路里。故此,一個燒烤包,已佔去每日所需的卡路里逾一半。6隻雞翼脂肪爆錶油香滿溢的雞中翼,一隻、兩隻……只需六隻,就足以令你當日的脂肪爆錶。陳秋惠指,一般人每日需要50至60克以下的脂肪(相等於10茶匙油),而僅僅兩隻雞中翼的脂肪,即17.2克脂肪(相等於4茶匙油),已接近一日所需3成。而六隻合共51.6克脂肪(相等於11茶匙油)的雞中翼,已能輕而易舉令脂肪爆錶。
