Happy New Year 2016 to my Forever Well families and friends!

Rainbow diet is not really a diet, it is a way of eating and living healthier in colors!

Benefits: Better skin and digestive health, feeling and looking younger; prevent cancer; help lowering cholesterol level, weight management, etc…

How to eat a Rainbow Diet?
Simply eat vegetables & fruits in 5 or even 7 colors every single day.

Examples (include one or more of each color daily)

Red: Beet, tomato, apple, plum

Orange: Carrot, peach, grapefruit

Yellow: Bell pepper, melon, starfruit, golden kiwi fruit

White: Cucumber, winter melon, dragon fruit

Green: Kale, spinach, broccoli, kiwi fruit

Blue: Blueberries, black berries, mushrooms, wood ear fungus

Purple: purple cabbage, eggplant, grapes
