Raw Strawberries Chia Jam

On a weekend, my girls and I met for a cooking day. Phoenix shared her quick jam making recipe:) We all LOVE it!

Raw Strawberries Chia Jam

Ingredients

1 1/3 cup strawberries

2/3 dried cranberries (choose less sugar added if possible)

2 Tablespoons chia seeds

Glass jars (enough for 2 cups)

Methods

In a pot, sterilize glass jars (metal lids) in boiling water for 5-10 minutes, let jars dry upside down

Add washed strawberries (cut in halves), cranberries in blender or food processor

Blend till small chunks

Add Chia seeds, pauses to mix well

Pour jam into dried jars, cover with lids

Refrigerate jam overnight
