Day 1 Dinner at Shabu Shabu House
This is a fancy hotpot restaurant with fresh seafood, meats, and sashimi.
A side salad is served at the beginning of meal (3 choices).
After the hot pot, waiter will use the soup to make congee with eggs, seaweed, scallions, which has all the seafood and meaty flavors.
It taste great; I even had second helping!
This is my purple rice dessert (2 other choices).
Besides these rainbow color fresh vegetables for hotpot, there are lots of high quality thinly sliced meats (pork, beef, lamb) as well as raw seafood (shrimps, lobster, scallops).
I totally forgot to take more pictures as I was enjoying my meal with my long time no see friend:)
