Last Sunday we host a yoga and whole food workshop at Easyoga Hong Kong. It turned out successfully. Foods are fresh and yummy. They all liked my recipes and finished all delicious food!

沙律醬汁Sharon’s Vinaigrette Recipe: 
蘋果醋 1/4 份 Apple cider vinegar (1 part) [Vinegar: oil ratio 1:3]
橄欖油 3/4 份 Extra virgin olive oil (3 part)
芥末 半茶匙 Mustard ½ teaspoon
蜜糖 1茶匙 Honey 1 teaspoon
果醬 1茶匙 Blueberry jam 1 teaspoon
海鹽/ 生抽 少許Soy sauce or sea salt to taste
薑末 Fresh grated ginger 1 slice-> mince
材料放入玻璃瓶中 搖勻後即成Add all ingredients in a glass container, shake well
