Let’s start with getting up earlier, exercising in your nearest park! 一齊早一點起床,到最近的公園做早操吧!


1. Standing forward bend 手碰腳前曲伸展式
2. Warrior 1 戰士第一式
3. Warrior 2 戰士第二式
4. Extended side angle 三角側伸展式
5. Plank (try to flatten your back; I m working on it too) 平板式
6. Elevated push up (on a chair or bench)掌上壓
Gradually hold each pose for 5-8 breaths and remember to Smile! 每個式子持續5-8個呼吸,記住要微笑呵:)
