Vitamins for kids

Food is our first choice for nutrients!

Some parents of children may think little is good, more is even better. However, this may not be true for fat soluble vitamins, such as vitamin A, D, E, K.
Excess intake of these vitamins may affect internal organs functions.

It is safe to absorb vitamins from whole foods. Where are these vitamins?
Vitamin A: carrot,  pumpkin, beet root, sweet potatoes
Vitamin B: whole grains, meats, dark greens
Vitamin C: kiwi, berries, citrus
Vitamin D: fish, fish oil, milk, and Sun light exposure (produced by our skin)
Vitamin E: nuts and seeds
Vitamin K: dark greens such as spinach, broccoli, watercress

Eat real food, whole foods, in rainbow colors for a wide variety of nutrients!
