We went to Seoul for a short trip and learned some key factors for healthy lifestyle.
I will share one of the factors with you today.
1. Drink lots of water for detoxification: I experienced de-hydration during our travel outdoors. I visited a wellness center as a guest. A few Korean women suggested to drink 2 liters of ionized water while I enjoy their refreshing treatment. Few hours later I had better digestive process and felt lighter. The next day I felt tried in the early morning. Whereas I was more energetic afterwards.
My lunch after lovely treatment was this; more veggies and one beef dish. Very yummy. I had lots of kimchi, which is fermented veggies with probiotic and enzymes. Great for digestive system.
