Happy Chinese New Year!
My new year goal is to support more and more people to become healthier and happier; this can be done with conducting talks, consultations, or simply meeting more friends (in my sunshine mood).
I was invited to give nutrition seminars to the public, which motivated them to make better dietary and lifestyle choices to meet their personal goals.

Tips: If one eat 100 kcal fewer, one may lose 10 pounds in a year.
100kcal = half a bowl of white rice, noodles or pasta
100kcal = 9 chips
You may also burn 100 kcal by:
Elliptical for 8 mins/ walking stairs for 11 mins/ walking 20 mins at a 3 mph pace
